On behalf of my wife and I we would like to thank you for our well organised holiday. It was absolutely wonderful and beyond our expectations, everything went smoothly without any problems. The Tropicana Hotel was very good and we were well looked after. They put champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room to celebrate my birthday, so thank you for that. We had a lovely time in Las Vegas and went to see the Jersey Boys, it was fantastic. The cruise ship was unbelievable, there was so much to do and see, the food and service was first class. The entertainment was very very good, we went to some lovely islands although we couldn't get off in Jamaica because of constant rain, but the ships entertainment was brilliant anyway so there was plenty of activities to keep us entertained. This was a holiday to remember and we thank you for all your help.

I must thank you for your kind attention both before and after our holiday. It was certainly good to have your first-hand knowledge of Nile cruising and you went some way to reassuring us before we left. However, we did have our fears as you know and I am now more than happy to report back to you that we needn’t have worried. We could not have been more pleased with our choice or come back happier from our wonderful holiday.

I was on this trip with my husband and 2 friends and would just like to say how much we loved the whole experience. However we are all agreed that the guide Suzanne made this trip exceptional. Hopefully we will be booking with you again.

We all had a brilliant cruise and were well looked after from start to finish. The food was fabulous and the swimming pool and jacuzzi s were used even in the cold evenings as they were as hot as a bath. We all dressed up and celebrated in style and the waiters sang happy birthday ( with cake) so we all felt very special. The ease of parking at the terminal and help for those less mobile was great and embarkation and disembarkation was very well organised and stress free.

I thought I sent you a thank you from Amsterdam but my use of technology abroad is somewhat limited. I hope you also had a great cruise and Christmas and many thanks for your card and good wishes. Now got to save up for the next opportunity x x

Just returned home from Paris with my wife. We would both like to say how much we enjoyed ourselves, the hotel was 1st class & organised trips were very good. Just a quick note to say Norway was absolutely stunning and was far better than I imagined.

Last Monday was the only bad day weather wise, but that didn’t matter, as the ship was cruising the fjords. Wednesday night was very rough and everything in the bathroom fell on the floor at about 2.30am!

The trip on the railway and to Voss was stunning and it had snowed the night before at the top, so the views were superb.

The only real downside was the cruising back day on Friday, as there was no scenery to look at and I am not into bridge or carpet bowls! Apart from that I had a great time and would look to do this cruise again, maybe later in the year when it is a bit warmer.

We had a great time thank you. We particularly liked Prague but were disappointed to miss Nuremburg - because of the low water level the ship stopped at Passau. Pity!

Although we have tried Viking and Avalon only once each and crews and ships vary even in one company, we felt that Viking had the edge over Avalon. We could not choose between the food, both were excellent, but the service was more thoughtful on Viking, less sticking to rules and more trying to get you comfortable.

As for your service we could not have asked for more, thank you again.

I am sorry for not replying, I was unable to access my emails other than for a few split seconds in Naples Airport departure lounge, which was enough to see you had our backs covered.

Thank you so much for all the work you put into making our Cruise worry free and so enjoyable. For 3 people (Myself, my Mother and my Son) being so different in age and needs alone, it certainly catered for us all.

We would like to say thank you for arranging our cruise holiday to the Caribbean with Norwegian Cruise Lines. You met all our expectations in the itinerary and everything joined up seamlessly, and excellent value for money. The choice of Hotel at the start of the holiday was excellent, centrally located for the shops and the beach, even a card for two sunbeds on the beach from the hotel. The cruise was everything we expected and more, especially with the room upgrade. The drinks package and on board spend was a bonus. Your planning and the information you provided were very helpful and gave us peace of mind, so everything went like clockwork. I would especially like to mention the service you provided when our flights were cancelled due to heavy snow in Philadelphia, receiving your text message about our rearranged flights was a big relief, as we thought we may have to go to the airport and wait it out, spending it on Miami beach with an extra night in the hotel was much more pleasurable, the reception on the ship was inundated with enquiries by American’s trying to enquire about their flights with obviously no success, the peace of mind that our flights had been sorted out whilst all around us was chaos with 11,000 flights cancelled, thank you again for your concern and prompt action.

We would highly recommend ‘GoCruise’ to others and will definitely use you again.

We have had a wonderful holiday and thank you and Cox and Kings for organising the hotels and pickups etc so well. The train journey was very good, everything we expected. We were pleased with our guide at Angkor Wat who arranged our tour early am and again late pm so that we were not experiencing the real heat of the day, or the crowds.

We were so pleased we decided to go to Song Saa as it was a very special resort, with great food and atmosphere. What a pity it is so far away!

We have lots of happy memories, and are now looking forward to Tenerife!

Many thanks for your welcome home card and very thoughtful Anniversary one which was much appreciated. As you can imagine life has been rather full on but heads above water now. Which brings us to our journey on the Rhine. Whether by design or good fortune our room was ideally placed being as near to all the facilities as possible so no long treks to make as we took advantage of them. All the services. food, room, facilities were excellent as well as the organisation, by Barbara and Peter, of trips ashore. The entire week nicely wrapped up with trouble free flights at both ends.
